It is incredibly important to us that our pupils have access to a wealth of experiences and opportunities to enrich their learning, deepen their knowledge and help them to develop the skills they need to be successful adults in the modern world.
Overview
At Aston Manor we offer a unique approach to Enrichment. This supports our AMA Expectations. It runs parallel with, and interconnects with student academic development.
We see Enrichment as a ‘web’ of interconnected experiences and skills which combine and develop in each student over time. Our aim to ensure that each student can flourish and achieve their individual potential; we encourage and promote by engaging all students to opt in as many Enrichment opportunities as possible.
Enrichment activities are firmly embedded from Year 7 to Year 11 and include three principle elements:
