We are proud to announce that Aston Manor Academy has been awarded the SEND Inclusion Award (SENDIA), officially conferred on 26th March 2025. This nationally recognised accreditation is valid for three years and celebrates our commitment to the inclusion, support, and achievement of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The award reflects the collective contributions of our entire school community. From pupils sharing their voices and experiences, to staff embedding inclusive practices across the curriculum, and parents engaging thoughtfully throughout the process – this achievement truly belongs to everyone at AMA.

The final report included glowing feedback, noting: “Pupils with SEND needs are given every opportunity to flourish at Aston Manor,” and “SENDIA’s alignment with the school’s motto: All different, All equal, All achieving means that the award is built upon an established whole school culture of inclusion.”

We are immensely proud of this recognition, which highlights the inclusive ethos that underpins everything we do at Aston Manor Academy. We remain fully committed to developing our SEND provision and ensuring that every pupil continues to thrive.
